Coffee Cupping

What sets specialty coffee apart from regular supermarket coffee? Instead of mass production and standardized roasting, specialty coffee emphasizes quality, diversity, and transparency. Every step – from the bean to cultivation and roasting – is carefully designed to bring out the coffee’s full aroma and flavor. At the coffee cupping, a guided coffee tasting, Zurich-based roastery Jack LeFleur will take us on a journey through a selection of unique coffees from different origins. Together, we’ll learn how to identify aromas, taste the differences between varieties, and discover more about the beans’ origins and processing methods.
